It's not vaxed and discharged. It's vaxed or discharge.

Be frank though, you and I both know if they can get away with discharging and force-jabbing soldiers, they will.

They shoot'em up with some nasty shit as is. We live in a pretty sterile point in time, even with all the craziness going on.
