Yep, and that's with everyone still buying Russian oil. If everyone in the West stopped buying Russian crude tomorrow, it's hard to predict how high prices would go on the global market. There would likely be shortages and high prices for a while, until someone that we are "allowed" to buy oil from increases their oil production.
