Would have to get instructions from the wife because it's her department but the above link probably does a better job regarding reproducibility anyway. Some women that have been cooking for decades seem to have a hard time providing step by step and gram by gram instructions.
This is quite a bit different than just "Boiled Beef" in the British sense.
Vegetable soup with pot roast is technically "boiled beef" as well, but the boiling of the beef isn't the only thing in the pot.
