Apparently telling someone the quality of their work sucks and they need to stop getting distracted trading stocks or chatting with coworkers or family and friends during work hours before completing their work competently is bullying and demoralizing

So now I have to take 4 hours of sensitivity training

I don’t disagree with your feelings about the so-called training. I feel the same way. And while some of the HR women who administer it may be doing it happily, my original point remains: these bitches didn’t come up with the idea that you should receive this training. A combination of lawyers and government did, rather. They are simply doing what they're being directed to do by the real assholes.

The problem is really that if a company were to do business as we think they should (which is the correct way), some fucktard snowflake commie will then sue them into oblivion because you called “Jane” “Jeff” or whatever.

This is risk mitigation, if nothing else. And you have the politicians and courts to blame for it because they have not only normalized the weirdos, but given them special protections which are in many cases, codified by law.

You’re mad at the ones administrating this bullshit, and I get it..but it would be more fruitful to turn your anger towards the actual root of the problem.
