"Men wear shorts all the time why can't women" - Men don't show their bikini line or have their butts hanging out or choose clothing specifically designed to sculpt their butts.

"Its hot outside" - If men can survive with regular shorts that cover the bikini line, women can too. Revealing your upper thigh is not going to save you from heatstroke.

"Its fashion" - Wearing no clothing is not fashion. If that's the case, why not walk around in your underwear? Let's be honest, its all about showing skin.

If she can bare a child then she isn't a child.

I acknowledge where your coming from. But she still has the mind of a child. She sees the world as a child. This is why there is a physiologically, mental, and legal distinction in many such discussions.

You're not psychologically wrong. Mentally and in most cases, legally, they are children. Discussion with most <17 confirmed they are mentally children.
