Specifics are that a person joined the service and had his legs blown off. Instead of providing lifetime payments for the sacrifice, the government puts an income cap on payments. If you make over the amount, they stop the disability payments.
Those are not specifics... This article has my heart strings meter going off with no law or similar policy change to show as proof. Something like this is a no win for whom ever would try to pass it.
