That's not true, dairy farming involves quite a lot of violence, including arguably rape (cows are chained to "rape racks" when they're to be bred by a bull), and veal production (cows must be bred frequently to keep them in production, most of the male offspring will be slaughtered). Now these things are arguably no worse than any other aspect of livestock farming, but they do exist and they are an inherent part of milk production.
