I'm gonna call bullshit since we don't see milk labeled specially for sale in California with different nutrition labels, and we don't see other ingredients disclosed. "Fortified" means with Vitamin D, which all milk in the United States is required to do.

That's not true, dairy farming involves quite a lot of violence, including arguably rape (cows are chained to "rape racks" when they're to be bred by a bull), and veal production (cows must be bred frequently to keep them in production, most of the male offspring will be slaughtered).
Now these things are arguably no worse than any other aspect of livestock farming, but they do exist and they are an inherent part of milk production.
