Actually I think pink might be my 2nd choice. Its much better than blue. Blacks would be easier to manage and chinese and jewish people would be much less of a threat.

Blacks are already easy to manage; that's not really the problem. The problem is that they are already being managed - Jews run the music labels and movie/tv studios that produce "their" culture, lead the University social science departments that decide what values are taught in their public schools, fund the campaigns of the political party that designs the welfare and policies which structure the ghetto, etc.
Their own nature is being wielded against themselves and us, intentionally. Even if they were like chimps, we'd still give them free housing and a vote, since we are also being managed pretty thoroughly.

I presume that if jews lost 10 iq points that would be an advantage they would lose to control the bureacracy and culture.

Most of their advantage comes from their extreme ingroup preference. They aren't smarter, they just have cheaters cheat for them.
They wouldn't be easier to manage, they'd still be violent brutes, but with even less impulse control than they have now.
