The problem is that they are already being managed - Jews run the music labels and movie/tv studios that produce "their" culture, lead the University social science departments that decide what values are taught in their public schools, fund the campaigns of the political party that designs the welfare and policies which structure the ghetto, etc. Their own nature is being wielded against themselves and us, intentionally. Even if they were like chimps, we'd still give them free housing and a vote, since we are also being managed pretty thoroughly.
