good stuff, only other one that's any good is sesame seed(good balance of omega 3 & 6), but grape seed is more apt for high heat cooking.

Avocado oil is by far the most stable liquid at room temperature bio oil, it stands up to heat better than anything out there. Even some high grade synthetic oils, and that's without additives, start putting in additives and it's a whole new ballgame.
