Me too brother. It has finally entered my world as well. Seems just this week it arrived in a couple of conversations. You were saying it in jest, but I did have my first moment where I asked myself if I was being unreasonable. I too came to the conclusion that I am on the side of reason. There have been far too many lies told already. What's one more for these Christ killing Bolsheviks ? Had my parents attempt to shame me, comparing the polio vaccine etc. Trust doctors. They're old so I can maybe forgive them. Two good friends did the same the same week. They labeled it their 'civic duty' which almost made me puke. At work the guys were talking about it at the shop. The senior sparky says "and for god's sake get your damn shot!" referring to the 'surge in cases' in the area. Everyone in the shop sort of nodded in silent acquiescence .. shit is getting creepy, creeping in from all sides. The people are traumatized and following the 'oooommmm' coming from the loud speaker in their pocket.
