THE 2nd Amendment is the only Amendment that says, 'shall NOT be infringed'. The 2nd Amendment was designed to defend ALL Amendments against exactly what the liberal/communist party is attempting today. The Coup against the entire Constitution. IF, we still have a SCOTUS they will destroy every illegal law for gun control. IF, we do not have an honest SCOTUS , their words and rulings are no longer legal and that is also covered in the Bill of Rights.
The whole document isn't there to give us rights it is there to tell the govt that we have these rights and they are supposed to uphold them. That is why it says endowed by their creator. Whatever force a person thinks of as God, that has given them the rights.
The declaration of independence says creator & calls upon the equality of man & for good reason.
The declaration of independence was written as a list of grievances endured by the colonists which justified their refutation of British rule. A rule by Devine Right which says that the word of the King IS the word of God. The Constitution is a body of law. God may inspire & influence the words of men but God cannot judge a man in this world. The law must be plain and without equivocation.
The 1934 NFA was already an infringement. No SCOTUS, now or future, will overturn this. In fact, in Heller vs DC, 4 of the 9 ruled that an individual does not have a right to bear arms. They said 2A is the collective right of a militia.
"Legal" is simply a philosophical term used by people that haven't had to start fighting yet.
Like conceal carry, sure you can do it legally by getting a permit. But you're enemies (Antifa, BLM) aren't, and they get of scotts free. This implies all rights are now privileges, granted to whoever the jews need as pets. This also implies we are already at war, but are still too asleep to know it
It's basically there to delay the encroachment on people's guns, as the government's cancerous overgrown blossoms, and a final reminder that it's the people's duty to keep it in check once it doesn't even follow its own founding documents. Naturally you don't go to a feral government asking it to protect your liberty.
