They're annoying AF and they won't shut up, then they quit when things get difficult. It's usually not easy for them to learn things so I either have to teach them or more often do it myself. It's just stupid to have them around. I got into this shit so I wouldn't have to talk to people and now I'm fucking talking to people all day about their GD problems. Can you believe that? lol I'm nothing more than a human band aid for congenital morons. Most people who are involved with these projects are not really smart enough to contribute anything meaningful to the development of the product, nor to use the product properly. I honestly don't understand how all this technological bullshit helps people. I don't think that anything I or my coworkers has ever done has genuinely helped anyone outside of giving them something to yap about. Most of these projects are objective failures and the things they are commissioned to do don't need to be done in the first place. Bring back paper filing cabinets and be done with it.
