Engineer. We have 1 girl on our team.
She doesn’t carry her own weight. When she needs help (which is often) everyone on the team is white knight ready to help putting more of the workload on themselves. She wasn’t even qualified at the beginning. She mostly got to where we are by others helping her all the way. It’s fucking frustrating. When she enters the meeting late, you can tell moods change and aren’t as focused. Women shouldn’t be in any workplace. I’m sorry but all I hear is equality bullshit, it I’ve yet to see the Hollywood depiction of any women even carrying her fair share of the workload. And that pay gap shit… fucking bullshit. Ex specially when manager is also female. +raises + starting salary is higher because has a cunt. If women were as virtuous as they pretend they all are, there wouldn’t be trillions, literally trillions of different girls sexually degrading themselves online for attention. Then allying with fat POS that are angry at men for not giving them attention because they are appalling. Fuck this gay planet.

In over 20 years of Unix system administration, I have worked with many women sysadmins. In all that time, I have worked with ONE who was competent, and she still wasn't required to work the off hours that the men were.

Isn't that picture from one of the university teams that competed to use machine learning to create the first (actual*) picture of a black hole? It looks familiar.

*By stitching together multiple photos and correcting for the light-warping effects to actually enhance it to a less-blurry but still maintain as much accuracy as possible.

They're annoying AF and they won't shut up, then they quit when things get difficult.

I'm nothing more than a human band aid for congenital morons. Most people who are involved with these projects are not really smart enough to contribute anything meaningful to the development of the product, nor to use the product properly.

I honestly don't understand how all this technological bullshit helps people. I don't think that anything I or my coworkers has ever done has genuinely helped anyone outside of giving them something to yap about.

Most of these projects are objective failures and the things they are commissioned to do don't need to be done in the first place.

Bring back paper filing cabinets and be done with it.

I don't know what planet you all come from, but I've been coding since 1971, and every woman I've ever worked with has been technically and professionally great. The only problem occurs when they get married and have kids: A very few keep coding, and some go part-time, but most drop out. It's a hard decision, but the right thing to do. Granted, their husbands are often also coders, and make real good coin, so they can afford to focus on the family.

This shit has been going on for years. Back in 1998 they hired a some Indian bitch who couldn't code for shit. I and another guy ended up re-coding everything she touched after they canned her. Back then you could cut loose the worthless but nowadays it's hard to cut loose a fucking white man who's a god damn idiot.
