Under meritocracy we get to examine each species strengths and weaknesses at maximum resolution and observe that all anti-meritocractic systems are a version of female social wiring trying to save blacks and non whites from being non-white. That is really what is going on. Meritocracy shows us the true ugliness of each of the 7 species and white womens wiring forces them to try to save niggers and shitskins from not being white. Enforce meritocracy, take control over womens capacity to engage their social safety wiring in all ways except for their own kind and you solve basically most of these problems.
