My understanding is that the reverse transcription happens when the cell uses a DNA repair mechanism to reverse transcribe mRNA back into the DNA. Given that the mRNA is nowhere near the nucleus and the reverse transcription happens only under very specific conditions, it is said that the process is highly unlikely. What makes you say the opposite? What is it about the vax that makes this more likely?
