on the roof to the lower left there? Either way, it looks like an interesting structure. Best guess it's a former imperial estate re-purposed as a museum. I'm sort of curious how well the property was being maintained.

I wouldn't be surprised if the loan is inflated to demolish the structure and build something entirely new to help sweep away more evidence of the imperial past.
