White Phosphorus or something akin to Napalm would be the answer I'd pick, but WP would be ideal. -80C freezers are pretty damn solid and you don't want to partially destroy one of those. Viruses and bacterial backups are usually stored in a glycerol solution and are infectious after thawing, needs to be heated to about above 50C before any inactivation occurs.
