Well, thanks. It is a quartz watch and quartz is cheap shit. The bracelet links are also hollow. I probably have 12 watches now and this is easily the shittiest if you know anything about watches.

If it's the shittiest one because of it's guts, then if I were so inclined I would want to replace its guts with not quartz but flux capacitor.
The guts (movement) are a major part of it, but it is a multitude of things. The hollow links and the pins used to hold them together are dog shit. The steel is low quality and the case back is trash. It does have a beautiful dial, though. If you have ever held a fine Swiss, German or even Japanese automatic sports watch…there is a heft to it, a manly sturdiness and finish details that blow away these quartz shitters.
