1 bourbon 1.5 amaretto 1 lemon juice 1/4 simple syrup

I skipped the egg whites and wasn't too keen on their ratios... needed more bourbon I thought.

Note that I do like to make sours with the egg whites, and enjoy them better that way, it's just a bit of work that I often skip it.

As with any sour, send it through a cocktail shaker with ice and strain.

Wouldnt skipping the egg white heavily thin out the texture? Half the fun of egg white based cocktails is the texture.
