In a Yarai with fresh ice, pour 30 milliliters of aged rum, 90 milliliters red wine, 22 milliliters of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 15 milliliters of simple syrup, and two to three dashes of aromatic bitters. Stir using bar spoon until desired dilution. Fill Collins glass to the top with fresh ice and strain cocktail over ice. Top with Jamaican style ginger beer. Zest lemon, express oils, and garnish.

I like all of those ingredients! Just never thought all of them would meet. Will have to try someday (when I'm committed to opening a bottle of red)

I don't drink much wine (I have a red, white, and a madeira on hand at all times); mostly I have liquor and liqueurs.
