In a Yarai with fresh ice, pour 30 milliliters of aged rum, 90 milliliters red wine, 22 milliliters of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 15 milliliters of simple syrup, and two to three dashes of aromatic bitters. No favorite wines but I do have Gato Negro right now
