Huge fan of naturally processed coffee beans. I think I'm at 80/20 naturals vs washed. Purists shit on naturals but I really appreciate that more parts of the plant make into the flavor of the final product that way.

I think I buy some ground coffee at the store, boil some water, put 2-3 teaspoons worth in the boiling water,stir for a bit,then pour it into my coffee cup. Drink the contents of the cup, drink a glass of water, wait 15-20 minutes for the coffee to work it's magic and loosen my bowels a bit,take a shit,take a shower and then be on my way to work or other shit that I have to do during the day.

I tried different variations of coffee over the years, I'm not that much into it, just not my thing. I'm more a whisky/whiskey guy, not a coffee guy. The only type where I truly could tell that this shit is completely different, was when I tried turkish/arabic coffee. It's extremely smooth,the coffee isn't like your usual ground one,it's fine like a powder,almost like powdered sugar. And it has a strong taste of "hell", or cardamom as we call it.

I honestly don't know the difference. I use Maxwell House and on special occasions I will roast some of my green Indonesian beans but I don't wash them.

Those beans are already dried before you get them so probably were prewashed. At least in that the pulp etc. is gone.

What are some coffees that are naturally processed? Intrigued.

Lots of roasters use them. Typically though it is an Ethiopian origin.

Here's 3 I just bought from a local roaster. Columbian , Ethiopian, and Brazilian.

Onyx, Huckleberry roasters, Augie's, Misto Box... We started roasting our own; Coffee Bean Corral. I think there should be one called Zellers; maybe one called Crossing.

Onyx light roast: Ethiopian Bensa Bomba (Natural) comes around Christmas time. Best fucking coffee on the planet.
