We have a french press and a Keurig. I try to avoid using the Keurig as much as possible because I don't love the idea of running boiling water through cheap plastic and then drinking it. I have a french press and a coffee grinder. I buy whole beans and grind them myself. *That* is a great way to ensure fresh coffee, as the hard outer shell of the beans keeps the freshness inside. Fresh ground coffee smells and tastes amazing. It does take wayyy longer than the Keurig which is why I still sometimes drink the cancer coffee, but I try to use the french press as much as possible.
