The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were real, the reasons we were told we went there for, were not.
The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were real
In the sense that they were started and maintained as a regular part of the business model of military/industrial/intelligence complex and serve as a justification for cashflow? Then, yes. They were "real".
In the sense that they served the needs of the American people, were needed to secure their peace and prosperity, and fought to be won? No. Not so much.
This. OP is a 14 year old.
Lol, Im married to sniper who fought in both those wars and the south American drug wars. Maybe you should go read the definition.
Maybe you should reread what I posted. I was agreeing with you.
>The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were real,
Real wars have an objective.
there was no clear objective in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Russia has a clear defined objective.
objective was obviously oil, raw materials, land that is a buffer between a real enemy. Ukraine is important due to a natural gas pipeline that brings it from russia into europe.
