No, this is going to go on for a while til the Ukraine is folded back into Russia. Now if they can do that in seven days, I have severely underestimated Russia.

The only way this would be possible would be to level the entirety of Ukraine, which won't happen.

Once Russia takes Kiev, it's going to be military occupation by RU with continuous guerilla warfare from locals.
