It definitely true that the tech exists and works. You can never prove that it is being used. But if it exists why would they not use it? They are either using it, or have something even more powerful at thier disposal.

5-10? Try 20-30.

The F117 stealth fighter is a perfect example. When made public in the 80’s everyone said “wow”.

But the first prototype was built in the late 60’s/early 70’s.
