The "conspiracy" here isnt even conspiracy worthy. The use of doubles, both for scheduling conflicts, and security, is an open secret in D.C.
So much so that if this isnt actually Joe, then even members of the GOP and media likely know.
Run him through facial recognition, see if he matches joe. Well, they might have done that in the process of picking their candidate, so the trick is likely hit or miss.
The bigger scandal, and everyone knows it, is not just that joe wasnt elected at all, but that if this is a security double, then a guy who didnt even run for president, is being allowed to act as president.
