Keep in mind that these big tech faggots have been developing AI applications via machine learning for over 30 years now. They haven't been "surprised" by anything that has come out of the public testing phase.

AI is not regulated in any way. In comes faggotgpt to get the entire public buzzing about AGI TM and all the "cool stuff it can do".

Now that enough attention is on the project, they are starting to call out AI as being "dangerous". Why is it dangerous? Do they say it is because of the way corporations and government will use it to abuse people? NO. It's "dangerous" because of the way the people are using it.

In come the cries to "stop AI development" which will more than likely result in the government convening "emergency" councils to address the "growing problem of rouge AI"

And bam! The government gets laws passed, with much public support, to take cotnro of any AI project made available to the public or commercial space.
