With the experience they have gained with the viral vector vaccines, they can change the DNA of humans with or without their consent. Transhumanists want to learn how to optimize their own DNA (longevity, ..) and they need billions of human lab rats for that (that's why the transhumanists don't just kill us as the eugenicists want to do).
