They can and do. They can print these viruses directly from the genetic sequence, and model the proteins to target characteristics of specific ethnicity.
Look at SARS-CoV-2. It clearly targeted Europeans and S Asians and was developed in a lab.
Even if they aren't sophisticated enough to design the virus to target ethnic groups, all they have to do is a massive amount of gain of function against humanized mice that have Caucasian human cells.
If you repeat the cycles enough you will eventually get a virus that is more efficient at infecting Europeans. You can do it via simple repetition and evolution until you get the desired result. It's also interesting that SARS-CoV-2 is LESS likely to mutate than influenza and other viruses. You would want that if you were trying to eliminate a specific group.

The reason the injections created the spike protein from the wuhan strain virus even long after it had mutated thousands of times is because THAT was the one they specifically designed to cause infertility and disease in White people. This way there's no evolution. Whitey just gets a straight dose of their gain of function designed Caucasian depopulation protein.

They learn to do that, but how huge proteins fold is still unpredictable. AI will help in the future but until then they put parts of known proteins together (with a lot of try-and-error).

The mice are bought from specialized corporations. Maybe they have only one line of mice with humanized ACE2 in their catalog. In this case it was just inevitable that the virus got specialized for exactly this ACE2.

This is the first and most important task if you crate any virus, you don't want to create an uncontrollable boomerang. I'm sure that SARS-2 isn't the first chimera virus they released into the wild and that they made field tests with inconspicuous viruses before to test the stability of their designs.

Maybe, but the affinity to ACE2 is not a proof because the destructive work of the vaccine-induced spike proteins is done without them binding to cells.

I don't think there was a weapon at all, they just want to hone their skills. With the DNA material they have collected they can assassinate targeted groups or just sterilize them. With the experience they have gained with the viral vector vaccines, they can change the DNA of humans with or without their consent. Transhumanists want to learn how to optimize their own DNA (longevity, ..) and they need billions of human lab rats for that (that's why the transhumanists don't just kill us as the eugenicists want to do).
