I get that, but I can't help but think that at least two things are getting in the way of the idea that they would get arrested for arson. First off it seems that no one in that community was up late and/or outside during the time of the fire approaching because you think that someone would have noticed that and thought to warn their neighbors at the least. How were so many people caught off guard from a fire of that scale? Seems really odd to me.
Secondly...arrested by whom? The people who would be doing the arresting are the same people who get told to stand down when their handlers and masters are up to something evil. The arsonists wouldn't get arrested because they are on the same team as those who would be arresting them. It's easy not to get caught when you have a free pass to do their master's bidding.
With those two points and also knowing what I know about lasers/masers and other microwave/EMF devices, I don't buy the DEW angle at all. Why use something like that when gasoline, a lighter and a free pass for mayhem are much easier and cheaper? It's easier to explain away too since (((they))) could always blame (((climate change))) or (((drought))) or (((White supremacy))) or (((antisemitism))) for the reason White terrorists started the fires if people ask too many questions. DEWs are just weapons of mass distraction that are brought up to get people going in the wrong direction instead of finding the shabbos goyim minions who are likely behind this.

Very likely, but still could potentially exist and be used, but I think for now you are closer to the truth.
About the arrests, the police had the city on lockdown and refused to allow citizens to leave as the city burned. If they are capable of doing this, they would be capable of allowing the fire to be started as a part of larger operation where they were paid out. If they weren't even involved in setting the fires themselves.

If nukes are fake, then nuclear energy is also fake. The processes that happen in a fission reactor are the same as those that happen in an atomic bomb, just much, much slower. Atomic bombs make good physics sense. Nuclear bombs are less sensical but I can see a path to them given the potency of the fission reaction's energy output.
I know someone who has a great deal of knowledge and real world experience in fission reactors and he explains the process down to incredible minutia which passes the tests with my solid state physics background. Hiroshima and Nagasaki definitely got bombed by atomic weapons of rather low yield. They are real. I'm not so convinced that our ancient ICBM fleet is up to task on mutually assured destruction though. I'm also never going to be convinced that the total atomic/nuclear capability of the entire world's stockpile could ever destroy the world. It can seriously disrupt life on this planet but it will never fully destroy that life or the rock we live on. It's a paltry amount of energy compared to what the Earth itself is capable of unleashing. We suck at creating and controlling energy at low levels so we have no chance with very high levels. We're mere infants in the energy game.
