They are one step above Brazilian favelas made of teak in the 1950-60's...no building codes, every backyard has at least 2 tiny homes touching the neighbors roof. 5 cars in every driveway. cut to the houses that didn't burn...all modern builds, landscaped, house center of the property, roofs not touching your neighbors. DEW exist, but hiring or tasking criminals to arson is infinitely cheaper and more likely.
