Mmm, tastes like purple. And lamb!

I do want the recipe. Looks really good. And we love lamb!

Lamb: Marinade as you see fit. I did olive oil, much oregano , paprika, pepper, salt. Pre-heat oven to 400F. Sear in skillet for 3 minutes per side on medium high heat. Put skillet in over for 8-10 minutes .

Veg pan: olive oil and tumeric mix. Simmer onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add Kale in a few. Once going put on low and let sit while you deal with the lamb and taters.

Yams or taters: Boil with rosemary and oregano until soft. Fucking smash 'em up.

By them yer lamb has done the searing. Let all else be as it will.

Grab plate/bowl. Scoop taters, place veg on top. Lamb rests for 2 minutes on top.

Serve.

You have been drinking whiskey since the marinade started.

Grub.

This sounds superb!

And quicker / easier than the lancashire hotpot the wife and ma-in-law always make with lamb. That would get tiresome if it were not [usually] so damned good. I'll have to get their recipe for that to share one of these days also!

Thanks!

Never cooked or had lamb besides gyro. This seems interesting. Blue potatoes should be okay? Haven't had fried kale in a minute

marinating is a good idea and the longer the better. best way to cook lamb is grill after a long long marinade.

Yeah man. Lamb chops are a good time. A bit of kale in with your onion and garlic gets a nice snow monkey feel into it. Blue tater are just a Japanese yam thing. Color is natural, any yam will work though.
