Never cooked or had lamb besides gyro. This seems interesting. Blue potatoes should be okay? Haven't had fried kale in a minute

marinating is a good idea and the longer the better. best way to cook lamb is grill after a long long marinade.

100% gotta get more forward thinking with the marinades.

some lamb is just so rank. mild olive oil, lemon, garlic, thyme, some crushed red pepper, marjoram and fresh sage. overnight soak. and i find that charcoal grilling takes it to its highest level.

i keep this marinade on hand at all times in the summer for grilling any meat. it also works well in a potato salad. just boil whole potatoes, peel them, cut into chunks of your preferred size and drizzle chimichurri sauce over them. https://www.thespruceeats.com/chimichurri-sauce-argentinian-style-3029624

Yeah man. Lamb chops are a good time. A bit of kale in with your onion and garlic gets a nice snow monkey feel into it. Blue tater are just a Japanese yam thing. Color is natural, any yam will work though.

Not big on yams. Down with snow monkeys

Potatoes can fill the roll.
