  • 1 lb Kielbasa
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • some bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 apple
  • 1 T caraway seed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T cider vinegar
  • 2 t Worcestershire
  • 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth

Brown the bacon and Kielbasa, onions. Wilt cabbage, combine the rest in a slow cooker for 3+ hours

Very nice recipe. If you've never fried up sausage, sauerkraut, and peppers your life is incomplete. It's a simple go to meal that fries up in no time.
