Fried Rice: 1 Cup small grain rice (washed) 2 brown eggs - scrambled 1 Cup fresh green bean - thirds'd 1/2 Vidalia inion - diced 3 carrots (1 purple, 1 orange, 1 White) - diced 1/4 of a coconut - shredded scallion to finish

Fired Rice Sauce (eyeballed): tamari sesame oil rice vinegar fish sauce (iwashi) shaoxing wine

you're right on the day old rice - it was a spur-of-the-moment side, but it worked out very well.
