Just thinking about how much of my diet can be described as garbage for goyim disgusts and motivates me to get back on the proper cooking and food prep wagon. What are you guys’ go-tos? Probably gonna start with steak/ bean burritos. Maybe flatbreads. Meat and cabbage once I’m back off bread. Gotta see how drums and flats do in the air “fryer.”

Meat Potatoes Eggs Homemade Bread (buckwheat, spelt, rye, etc...) Milk Fresh/Canned fruit & veggies Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Water Coffee

That's 90% of my diet. Breakfast on weekends. Rarely ever eat lunch. And a good dinner every night. Good luck on the diet change. It's never easy at first.

Fresh vege? Homemade bread is awesome; grains you mention must turn out amazing. Lightly toasted bread with poached eggs would be awesome. I only drink coffee and water (well club soda tons), and beer. Whiskey some..

Fresh vege

While in season... Other than that we can a lot.

I don't make the bread. I get it from my dad. And it's amazing. Funny cause he is a city tard. I fail at bread almost every time i try.

Some basic rules: 1) If it has more than 4 ingredients, you probably shouldn't eat it. 2) If any of the ingredients are hard to read or pronounce because they're long and complicated and look like they belong on a chemistry test, you probably shouldn't eat it. 3) If your grandmother would have difficulty recognizing it as food, you probably shouldn't eat it.

The lamb I made last night had more than 4 ingredients:

Lamb Olive oil Salt Pepper Paprika Oregano Thyme Rosemary.

The pita bread I made yesterday had more than four ingredients:

Flour Sugar Water Salt Yeast.

The tzatziki I made had more than 4 ingredients.

Whole fat greek yogurt Garlic Salt Cucumber Lemon juice Dill Mint

It was delicious, by the way.

So you had seasoned lamb, bread, and yogurt with cucumber. Good for you. (I don't recommend the sugar though)

Close. I made gyros from scratch.

My point is that basic recipes commonly have more than four ingredients in them. It's not the number of ingredients in a dish that we should worry about. It's what those ingredients are. I completely agree with the second and third point.

The sugar fed the yeast in the pita bread, by the way.
