Broccoli and peppers

[–] 0 pt

oh yeah peppers of all kinds!

Asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, onions, arugula. I'd say those are the top five.

[–] 1 pt

arugula, you say?

[–] 1 pt

But yes, we use it often as a side or in salads.

[–] 1 pt

I knew what it was, I had just forgotten it was a thing

[–] 1 pt

Asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, carrots, onions, celery, basically anything green leaf.

[–] 1 pt

Sweet potatoes and either butternut or acorn squash most often. Onions and garlic too but that goes without saying

[–] 1 pt

Onions, garlic, cucumber, and all manner of fresh herbs.

[–] 0 pt

what are all the ways you use garlic?

[–] 1 pt

It’s present in almost every dish I make. Spaghetti sauce, salad dressing, pizza, chicken broth, enchiladas, chili, etc. I just made roasted garlic soup and man, it was freaking fantastic.

A roasted garlic soup sounds lovely. I might try

Onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, brussel sprouts, lettuce, tomato (yes, I know it's technically a fruit), avocado, olives...

I like onions, particularly green onions. My wife is fond of cabbage, don't ask me why. We use of lot of tomatoes, but I'm told that is a fruit, not a vegetable -- something I would dispute. Potatoes, of course, are number 1.

Tomato is a fruit. As is cucumber. Both by definition.

I'm in the "tomato is a vegetable' camp too.

[–] 1 pt

Red onions are gross for sure.

Garlic. Sometimes onions but rarely. Garlic. Other than that I am carnivore. Plants are trying to kill you.
