Looks great, except a bit too much salt for my taste.

It was a lot of salt on top. I forgot to add salt to the dough, as called for, so I wanted to go a little heavy on the top. Used Fleur de sel.

Because that stuff is way more delicate and isn't as much as it seems. Well done
