It's rather quick and easy to make, tastes good, it's healthy and it's cheap
The only downside is that without solids inside you'll feel hungry a few hours later, but it's definitely the right meal before going to bed
I like to make a big batch of non descript soup, then add starch and protein when I reheat portions. Change it up as I go. I believe it will be a breakfast dinner, lentil soup over hash browns with bacon, fried eggs and hot sauce.
I'm a fan of soups in general, soup noodles also, it brings yesterday's noodles back to life just by pouring hot water and adding a bit of fat/oil/butter with herbs
