I've been using this thing to help me out with some work related stuff, and have to say I'm pretty impressed. It's not as woke as chatGPT and you don't need to register.

Check out LangChain, if you get an OpenAI account you can basically craft the "base prompt" however you want, ChatGPT's obviously has a bunch of stuff about "safety" and such but when you send them prompts through the API it seems a lot less restrictive.

Try making a Google Voice number, though you need a number to give it. Other than that dunno.
