Don't use a C64 to browse the web. :P

The image isn't low res, it's actually 2535 × 53545 (10.3MB)

Hey, it's working now that it's daddy is here.. haha

Speaking of web browsing on the C64.. I used to know of a telnet web browsing server running Lynx, where I was able to get text-mode web browsing of https sites. Then one day, it was down and never came back up. Been looking for another similar telnet server.

I keep telling myself that one of these days, I'm going to develop an SSH decryption piece of hardware for the C64. Too bad it would take a bare C64 a half hour just to generate the keys, or so I hear.

I member Lynx. Used it on Amiga.

Only 30 minutes? I would have guessed about several hours.

You could get it done with a CMD super CPU.. But that hardware is really pricey and rare. It would still take an hour or so. Just install telnet on a raspi If you want to use lynx on a c64. I would also recommend an Easyflash3 with , there is also a really good irc client.
