I'm not sure how flagging something is censorship. It doesn't prevent you from seeing it. Some argue it is an incentive to view it.
Using specific words now gets you flagged. That doesn't seem like a soft step towards censorship to you?

I'm not sure I understand the logic to begin with. I would think that if you could get in trouble for the content of a particular message, but it's OK to be goofing off reading "safe" stuff? Aren't they paying people to be working on company stuff when they're at work?
I view it as a pretext to slowly implement and normalize censorship on the site. It has been over 4 years and there were never any complaints. And you are exactly right, people are at work and it is their own fault if they click on wrong think posts while at work
