Just pointing out she is at the top of the ladder without someone holding it. This is asking for serious injury or death.
I've seen a video of a women using a shorter ladder inside. She fell face down, striking a counter with her head as she fell. She broke her neck and was dead before she hit the ground.
Simple rules. Keep center of gravity over ladder. Never reach. If on top three steps someone must hold ladder. If extension ladder, it must be held or anchored. Both preferred.
Women domain is inside. Men's outside. Help outside should always be appreciated and supervised.
Nonsense. Sometimes you gotta rock that ladder onto a couple legs to really reach what you need to sometimes.
