I didn't want to give up on it, but I just didn't have any place to keep it and there wasn't any place to sell a broken computer that was already almost 20 years old.

That's a Franklin Ace. They were Almost Completely But Not Quite II compatible. Great machines tho, had a bunch of those under my wings in high school.

Ah those old friggin drives that would bang the head on the stop multiple times as it started up.
I wonder what ever happened to the ones the school had. Probably trashed.
