It's gold. Retro electronics are super hot on eBay right now. I paid good money for a Willem programmer and one of those cheap UV erasers from Amazon, so I could make cartridges for old 8-bit computers. I use Osh Park to make the boards from Gerber files, but I have to program the EPROMs myself using ROM data from the Internet Archives. A working EPROM programmer can net you around $50. The eraser is worth more, those old erasers are highly sought-after.
I'd take it off your hands, but I don't want to dox you or me in the process. It's not safe to be a Poal user who lets the real world bleed into what they do on a site like this. Hopefully someone who doesn't know you're a government built spy bird-drone can give it a good home without ending up on some special government list.
