I'm happy this SJW bullshit has yet to invade the firmware world. I suppose it's too triggering; for one, the subject matter requires real skill and two, knowing they won't be changing any actual standards. Old shit still very much in use today like Modbus will always have masters and slaves. Firmware tends to be mostly within the realm of engineers, and the 99% I've met don't put up with that garbage.
