I agree. And if I recall correctly ... another commission assured the people of CA that their high speed train wasn't gonna cost them much at all and would pay for itself in fares - LOL. Now it's billions and billions over budget, they barely have anything built yet, it'll never be able to attain the speeds they projected, and fares are projected to be astronomical. I always love how they justify their waste of taxpayers money to push their (always left leaning) causes.
